RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of luxury raw hair extensions, all sales are final.
LABEL XXIII does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on hair that has been opened, installed, worn, brushed, washed, colored, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hillajanee@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at the sole discretion of LABEL XXIII.
