Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

  • Overnight Shipping

Expedited shipping speeds apply to transit time only and do not reduce order processing time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, LABEL XXIII is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, LABEL XXIII is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, LABEL XXIII is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
